PM Modi, politicos across party lines pay tributes to CRPF personnel martyred in 2019 Pulwama attack
February 14 this year marks the anniversary of the deadly 2019 Pulwama terror attack. Several politicos across party lines, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union ministers Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh, and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, have paid their tributes to the 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel killed in the Pulwama terror attack in February last year.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter to write that the slain security personnel were "exceptional individuals" who gave their lives to protect the nation. "India will never forget their martyrdom," PM Modi wrote.
"Tributes to the brave martyrs who lost their lives inthe gruesome Pulwama attack last year. They were exceptional individuals who devoted their lives to serving and protecting our nation. India will never forget their martyrdom," Modi tweeted.
